Leapward Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern participation in the Leapward affiliate program operated by Znapt, LLC, which may be referred to in these terms as “Leapward,” “we,” or “us.” By joining the program, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and participation
The program is designed for creators, newsletter publishers, bloggers, community organizers, and others who share useful resources with audiences considering international relocation from the United States.
The program currently accepts individuals and businesses that qualify as U.S. persons for federal tax purposes and can validly provide Form W-9.
Individual affiliates must be at least 18 years old. Business applicants must have authority to enter into this agreement. All affiliates must provide accurate contact information and be able to receive payment through a supported payout method.
Participation is subject to our approval and continued compliance with these terms.
You participate as an independent affiliate. You are not an employee, agent, or authorized representative of Leapward and cannot make commitments on our behalf.
2. Eligible purchases and commissions
Affiliates earn 30% commission on qualifying purchases of the full-price Custom Leapward International Relocation Report.
A qualifying purchase must:
- Be properly attributed to your affiliate account through your assigned referral link.
- Be successfully paid at the report’s full price, without a discount or promotional code.
- Occur within the applicable referral window and one-month maximum commission period.
- Comply with these terms.
A maximum of one commission is payable per referred customer. Other products, discounted purchases, free reports, unpaid orders, fraudulent transactions, and self-referrals are excluded.
Commission is calculated on eligible report revenue, excluding taxes and refunded amounts.
3. Referral tracking
The referral tracking window is 30 days. The program uses first-touch attribution: the first valid affiliate referral receives credit under the program’s tracking rules.
Tracking depends on the customer’s browser and successful transmission of referral information to checkout. Blocked cookies, different browsers or devices, and other technical limitations may prevent automatic attribution.
If you believe a referral was tracked incorrectly, contact affiliates@leapward.report with supporting information. We will review the available records; credit is not guaranteed for transactions that cannot be verified.
4. Tax documentation
After your affiliate account is approved, we will email a request to complete Form W-9 through our designated secure process. A properly completed W-9 is required before we release any payout, including a final payout following termination.
Do not send your completed W-9, Social Security number, or banking details by ordinary email.
Keep your tax and payment information current and notify us if your tax status changes. Affiliates are responsible for applicable taxes on their earnings. We may apply withholding where required by law.
Applicants who cannot validly provide Form W-9 are not eligible under the program’s current enrollment policy.
5. Waiting period and payout schedule
Commissions remain pending for at least 30 days after the original sale. A commission becomes payable when the waiting period has passed, the purchase remains eligible, and your eligible unpaid commission balance reaches $50.
We initiate payouts on the 1st and 15th of each month. If either date falls on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, we initiate payouts on the next business day. Commissions that become eligible after a payment run are included in a subsequent run.
Only commissions that have completed the waiting period count toward the $50 threshold. Younger commissions remain pending and do not count toward that minimum.
Eligible balances below $50 carry forward to subsequent payout periods until the threshold is reached. They do not expire merely because the threshold has not been met.
Payouts are made in U.S. dollars. The $50 threshold applies before payment fees and any legally required withholding.
Payments may be delayed if required tax documentation or payment information is missing, inaccurate, or incomplete.
6. Payment delivery and fees
Znapt sends affiliate payments through Found. By default, Found sends a payment notification to the email address associated with your affiliate account.
Open the notification, verify your identity, and select an available receiving method. You do not need a Found account to receive payment.
Current options offered through Found’s payment notifications include:
- Bank account: Free standard transfer, generally delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Found account: Free, instant Found-to-Found transfer.
- Eligible debit card: Instant transfer with a 1.75% fee.
- PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App: Found currently offers free standard transfers, generally delivered within 1–2 business days. Any subsequent transfer or service you select through the receiving platform is subject to that platform’s fees and terms.
Found displays available receiving options and applicable fees when you accept payment. Availability may depend on your eligibility, payment destination, and Found’s requirements.
Found sends payout notifications by email by default. To request Found payout notifications by text instead, contact affiliates@leapward.report and provide your preferred mobile number. Text messages are limited to Found’s payout process. Znapt does not send program announcements, account updates, or other notifications by text.
You may also request:
- Mailed check: A $1 sending fee, with estimated delivery of 5–10 business days.
- Domestic wire: A $15 sending fee, usually delivered the same business day, subject to processing cutoffs and receiving-bank availability.
Affiliates pay fees associated with their selected method. For mailed checks and domestic wires, Znapt deducts the applicable sending fee before submitting payment through Found. The net amount sent will therefore be lower than the commission amount shown in Rewardful by the amount of that fee.
We will confirm the sending fee and net payment amount with you before initiating a requested check or wire.
For instant debit-card transfers, Found applies its fee during payment acceptance. Znapt does not deduct that same fee again. Your receiving institution may impose separate fees.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Fees and available methods may change. Changed sending fees will be disclosed before payment, and recipient-selected fees will be shown through Found’s acceptance process.
Instant delivery applies after payment is initiated. It does not shorten the commission waiting period, remove the minimum payout threshold, or change the scheduled payment dates.
Opening a Found account or participating in a Found referral promotion is optional and is not a condition of earning or receiving Leapward commissions.
7. Refunds, disputes, and adjustments
Refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or charged-back transactions do not qualify for commission. Partial refunds reduce commission proportionally.
We may hold an affected commission while a transaction dispute or suspected violation is reviewed. Unrelated eligible commissions remain payable under the normal schedule.
If a commission has already been paid on a transaction that is later refunded or reversed, we may deduct the overpaid commission from future earnings. If no future commissions are available, we may request repayment of that specific overpayment and provide supporting transaction details.
The 30-day waiting period does not prevent adjustments for refunds or disputes received later.
8. Promotional standards
Promote Leapward honestly and accurately. Describe the custom report as a relocation research tool. Do not promise visa approval, guaranteed destination suitability, guaranteed savings, or a successful relocation.
Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission from purchases through your link. Place the disclosure alongside your recommendation where people will notice and understand it. For example: “I’m a Leapward affiliate and may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
Affiliate participation alone does not authorize you to describe content as “Sponsored by Leapward,” “Presented by Leapward,” or otherwise imply that Leapward commissioned, approved, or directly sponsored it. Such statements require a separate written agreement.
This restriction does not prevent you from using advertising disclosures or platform disclosure tools required by law or platform rules.
Follow applicable advertising laws and the rules of each platform or community where you promote Leapward.
The following are prohibited:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, and posting where promotion is prohibited.
- Fake reviews, fabricated experiences, misleading claims, or impersonating Leapward.
- Self-referrals or purchases arranged primarily to generate commissions.
- Cookie stuffing, forced redirects, fabricated traffic, bots, or manipulation of referral tracking.
- Offering unauthorized discounts, coupons, cashback, or purchase incentives.
- Publishing affiliate links on coupon or deal sites without written permission.
- Bidding on or targeting “Leapward,” “Znapt,” their misspellings, or confusingly similar brand terms as keywords in paid search advertising.
- Using Leapward or Znapt in a domain name or account name in a way that suggests official ownership.
All other paid advertising promoting Leapward requires our written approval before launch.
9. Brand materials and customer information
You may use materials we provide or approve solely to promote Leapward under this agreement. Do not materially alter our logo or imply that your website or account is owned by Leapward.
Customer and sales information available through your affiliate dashboard must be kept confidential and used only to review program activity. Do not use it to contact customers or build marketing lists.
10. Suspension, termination, and future participation
You may terminate participation by contacting affiliates@leapward.report. We may suspend or terminate participation for violations, fraud, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the program.
Termination by either party is permanent. Once your participation has been terminated, you may not rejoin the Leapward affiliate program, including through another email address, account, business identity, or person acting on your behalf.
You may pause promotional activity while keeping your account open. Inactivity alone is not a request to terminate participation.
Commissions linked to fraud or prohibited conduct may be withheld or reversed. Legitimately earned remaining commissions will be paid after the waiting period and necessary transaction review, even if the balance is below $50. Required tax documentation, payment information, and applicable fees still apply.
No commissions accrue on purchases made after termination. After termination, stop using affiliate links and remove materials that suggest you are an active Leapward affiliate.
11. Program changes
We may update these terms or discontinue the program. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice by email of material changes to commission rates, eligibility, or payout terms, except where an immediate change is necessary to address fraud or comply with law.
Changes apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce commissions already earned under previous terms, except for refunds, reversals, errors, or violations described in this agreement.
12. Questions and payment concerns
Contact affiliates@leapward.report with questions about the program, referrals, commissions, or payments. Include your affiliate account email and relevant transaction details so we can investigate.
Do not email bank account numbers, tax identification numbers, or other sensitive financial information.
This agreement governs affiliate participation only. Purchases of Leapward products remain subject to the applicable customer terms.
